Telehealth therapy allows us to meet securely by video instead of in a traditional office. You can attend sessions from a private location that is comfortable and convenient for you, as long as you are physically located in a state where I am licensed to provide services.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use and recovery, anger, family and relationship concerns, caregiver stress, serious mental health concerns, and major life transitions. I also provide behavioral health support related to bariatric and significant weight-loss journeys.

Yes. I accept select insurance plans, and coverage can vary depending on your specific plan and location.
You can use my Headway scheduling link to check your insurance coverage and verify whether I am in-network with your plan before scheduling. Headway can also provide information about your estimated cost based on your insurance benefits.
Insurance coverage and benefits are ultimately determined by your health plan, so I encourage you to confirm details such as copays, deductibles, and eligibility directly with your insurance provider when needed.
Self-pay options are also available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not currently accepted.

Yes. I work with adolescents ages 14 and older. Therapy can provide teens with a supportive, judgment-free space to work through stress, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, family concerns, life changes, and other challenges.
Parent or caregiver involvement may be incorporated when appropriate while also respecting the teen's therapeutic privacy and applicable confidentiality requirements.
